|Tonight on TDS, Denis Leary, comedian and Daily Show regular returns after celebrating the life of George Carlin at the Kennedy Center; and on TCR, it's Paul Simon, author of Lyrics: 1964-2008.|

Cranb'ry sauce boiling over on the stove.
Drunken uncles watching football on Fox,
and the toddler won't stop picking at his nose...
|Denis Leary bores me.|
I love the musical guests. I'm not wasting time on YouTube, it's for my readers. A sacrifice, even.
Anyway, Paul Simon has a book out: "Lyrics 1964-2008." Which is exactly that. Found a couple reviews, and some clips of a talk he gave at a B&N in NYC just a few days ago. And a whole bunch of videos. The Sesame Street and Muppet Show clips weren't as amazing as I'd hoped, and the Wyclef Jean collaboration has embedding disabled. And the bit with him and John Lennon handing out an award at the 1975 grammys was -- interesting. This SNL clip was better:
Not that I really expect it to compare, but I hope we get a duet tonight.
Oh, and can I just say: I love this.
