NEWLY FORMED: The Mike Connell Brigade

Please forward the following to your Congress member via email. And fax it if you can.

Barbara Ellis has written the following excellent letters to Conyers and Kucinich.  I hope it will inspire many more similar letters.  There was a reason they were contacted prior to Connell's death about Rove's threats - it was meant as cover in case an event exactly such as this occurs.  No tin-foil hats here.  The death of Connell is TOO convenient for Rove.  This warrants investigation.

Take these letters and forward them to your own Congressional Representative.

To: Rep. John Conyers, Jr., chair
House Judiciary Committee
From: Barbara G. Ellis, Ph.D. , principal, Ellis & Associates, LLC of Portland OR

We have been informed that Karl Rove's information

vendor Mike Connell, who was to testify about his role in the 2000/2004 presidential elections—and was killed Friday in a suspicious small-plane crash—notified you that his life had been threatened by Rove if he turned whistleblower concerning election-machine fraud. It's further known that he had requested witness protection by the Ohio court where he was to appear and did not receive it. The news media and major internet websites are suggesting he was murdered because he was ordered to "steal" those two elections by electronic means.

Because this matter involves judicial issues of the highest order (possible murder/election fraud) and because Rove has disobeyed a subpoena to testify issued by you and the Judiciary Committee, please do two things:

  1. Call for an immediate Congressional investigation about Connell's death or at least subpoena Rove again to testify about their business relationship vis-a-vis presidential elections.
  1. Call for an immediate impeachment of Cheney on his admission of authorizing torture of prisoners—a violation of the 8th Amendment, and impeachment of Bush on his admission of warrantless wiretapping—a violation of the 4th Amendment and/or ordering his subordinates Miers, Bolton, Rove to disobey a subpoena to testify issued by the Judiciary Committee.

Please do your sworn duty.  Thank you.

The news media and major internet websites are suggesting he was murdered because he was ordered by Rove to "steal" those two elections by electronic means.

Because this matter involves judicial issues of the highest order in your state (possible murder/election fraud) and because Rove has disobeyed a subpoena to testify before the Judiciary Committee, under President Bush's orders please do two things:

  1. Call for an immediate Congressional investigation about Connell's death or at least request that the House Judiciary Committee issue another subpoena to Rove again to testify about his business relationship with Connell vis-a-vis presidential elections. Like John O'Neill, Rep. Paul Gillmor, and Barry Jennings, three vital 9/11 witnesses, he apparently knew too much about how to steal two major elections, particularly in your state.
  1. Refile on January 6 your two  bills  to impeach Bush and Cheney now that Cheney has admitted he authorized torturing prisoners—a violation of the 8th Amendment and the Geneva Conventions—and Bush's admission of warrantless wiretapping—a violation of the 4th Amendment and/or ordering his subordinates Miers, Bolton, Rove to disobey a subpoena to testify issued by the Judiciary Committee. Because these high crimes have been admitted by Bush and Cheney, no hearings are necessary and a bill could be voted to the floor within two or three hours; a floor vote could be handled just as expeditiously. Andrew Johnson was impeached within 8 days. The House has between Jan. 6-19 to take such quick action.

To let them set up precedent for future unitart-executive action means the destruction of the Constitution, the rule of law and the rise of a dictatorship. All House Democrats were re-elected or elected for the first time on the tsunami of "change" and shaking off the overthrow of our government by these two men. Stand up once more, Dennis. You're the only one we can count on to set these two actions in motion.

You'll inspire the 34 new Democrats to do their sworn duty.  Thank you.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

You can add a private note to this diary when hotlisting it:

would be to separate the torture issue and the Mike Connel stuff.

I fail to see the connection between them unless you are going for a kitchen sink approach in which case you'd be as well listing all the potentially actionable offenses by the current administration.

A good christian man died during Christmas leaving behind a wife and four children and you persist with your WRONG lies about Mike Connell.

Your LAST diary about this subject had attempts to correct you on facts, but you persist on repeating LIES.

We have been informed that Karl Rove's information vendor Mike Connell

what the hell is an information vendor?

who was to testify about his role in the 2000/2004 presidential elections

Who already DID testify what little he was ever going to have to testify to in a two hour deposition months ago.

—notified you that his life had been threatened by Rove if he turned whistleblower concerning election-machine fraud. It's further known that he had requested witness protection by the Ohio court where he was to appear and did not receive it.

    LIES.  Bold face assholish lies.
Mike Connell never once said his life was threatened.  And it would have been related to the disappeared emails more than anything.

Mike Connell was never going to talk to anyone.  He was not a whistleblower.  The accusations about him taking a fall were from anonymous tipsters in the McCain campaign and more likely of the go to jail type of threats.

The opposing lawyers in the Ohio deposition suggested Connell was being threatened or intimidated.. to which he denied EVERYTHING.

The news media and major internet websites are suggesting he was murdered because he was ordered to "steal" those two elections by electronic means.

    You a laughable ignoramous.

    •  The oh so CONVENIENT timing; (0+ / 0-)

The overt threat from KKKarl Rove; and the peculiar "coincidence" that prominent opponents of the Party in Power tend to get killed in small plane crashes (while we never hear of similar fates befalling members OF the Party in Power).

There's a Gawful lot of smoke - are you trying to make us believe there's not even a little teeny glowing ember? :o

  •  There is definitely something here (0+ / 0-)

I'm with you on this, Ralph.  Raw Story has been doing some excellent work on this story.  And check out whistle-blower Spoonamore's revelations, everyone.
This is just one coincidence too many.
Why are so many Kossacks pooh-poohing this story?
