As for the answer to the song's question... Looks like some major contractors and materials suppliers are profiting handsomely from this exercise in bad neighbors....

The Secure Fence Act of 2006 calls for more walls and enforcement infrastructure along 700 miles of border. About 370 miles of barriers have been built, and private contractors will build the rest according to a Government Accountability Office report. These contractors charge U.S. taxpayers an average of $4 million per mile of wall built, and as much as $21 million per mile in some areas.
That's a steep price to pay for what Border Patrol representatives continually refer to as a "speed bump."
While human crossers may go around, over, under or through the border wall, wildlife often cannot.
As for Geithner and his nannygate problem... I wonder how many of the folks pointing fingers have the same problem? With nannies, gardners, housecleaners...etc?
