This is a weak copy of our intrepid employee BIPM C&J. It is the authorized substitution while he is off on vacation pickling his brain on Rum and Cabana boys. All references to Rum&Coke, Farting, Snark, Pooties, Woozles, is purely coincidental and is not in any way shape or form as good as Bill's.
Everyone remember that the keys to the Lexus are on the door to the pool shed.
For those who don't know, I recently moved from a small town in CT, to Denver CO. As I drove from there to here, I stayed with C&Jers the whole way. I am continually amazed by the people that I have been lucky enough to meet because of DailyKos and the people I consider my family of choice that I have met through C&J. This diary will have some politics, but is mostly the pooties and woozles of the C&Jers that I was lucky enough to stay with and I will be introducing my new dog, Priscilla to you.
Cheers to the life I left behind and my dog Riley. He is 12 years old and is suffering from Lyme disease. I thought it best if he stayed with my parents.
Cheers to Riley.
This was how my Riley looked at me as I was packing up my car to head west.
Before I left, to truly start my journey out west I said goodbye to a group of New England Kossacks. The puppy that was there to see me off, her name is Vorpol.
Cheers to New England Kossacks.
After saying goodbye to part of my family of choice, the NE Kosscks I headed west to Indiana.
Cheers to Sherm and Doggie.
Cheers to their pets, a wozzle named Puggles and a pootie called Pumpkin.
After Indiana I headed south and west and stayed with birdbrain64 in Illinois.
Cheers to birdbrain64. She has an adorable chocolate lab wozzle named Mousse that I wanted to steal.
Cheers to Chocolate Vodka.
Cheers to birdbrain64's pootie. She has 2 but only one was willing to be photographed. :-(
After leaving Illinois, I saw this famous landmark. I don't think it has ever been photographed before :->
I had crossed the Mississippi River and was now on my way to Kansas.
Cheers to Eej.
Cheers to MarcinKS.
Cheers to Aryan Island sweaters.
Jeers to Chocolate Vodka.
In Kansas there were a couple of pooties and I don't remember their names. I know I am a bad C&Jer. I am hoping that eej will show up and tell me the names of the pooties.
As I was driving through KS I saw something that gave me hope. I saw wind farms in KS.
I finally made it into Colorado.
