It's "vote-a-rama" day in the Senate today. No kidding, they really do call it that. And it's just what it sounds like. It's the marathon of stacked-up votes on all amendments being offered to the budget, saved for the end of the process because there's a 50 hour statutory limit on debate time for the budget resolution.
It was slated to begin at 11:30 today, but they're running behind schedule. Feel like tuning in and watching (or snarking) along? Only Congress Matters has the stomach for that. And we're not even sure about that. Come on over and watch Senators torture themselves for a change.
