Aloha all. It is another one of these photo diaries. They are meant purely as brief distractions from the more serious purposes of this site (and as a bunker, safe from the meta-wars). These shots are from a walk around the grounds of my condo complex and from a diving trip last weekend. I hope you enjoy them.
A comical gang of Java Sparrows at the neighbors feeder.
Northern Cardinal Chick. This is a young bird that has just started to feed itself (or has at least learned about the feeder). Last week one of these two chicks was at the feeder with dad, but dad was feeding it seed.
