One of the pleasures here is that succinct poetic form, the sigline. Some siglines are original and a wee window into someone's thoughts or heart. Others are quotes ripe with the weight of experience or wisdom from across the centuries. Tonight after thanking someone for their sigline I decided to compile a small florilegium of them in a thoroughly random way. If you don't see yours here, it just means I didn't run across it while compiling the diary. Share your favorites!
