Standard advertisement: Wreck List is the Daily Kos World of Warcraft guild. We are Horde-side on the Garrosh server. To join, roll up a character on Garrosh and when you log in type
/who wreck list
and any officer can get you in the guild. Yes, you have to be Horde. No, you don't have to be hardcore - casuals, PvPers, and people that just want to hang out on guild chat are all welcome.
You know, it'd be nice if I didn't have to include that disclaimer. Report below the flip.
So, we had our first guild raid last night, going for Obsidian Sanctum. We tried for Sartharion with no drakes.
Results? Well, like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words:
It went really well - we had no real issues as far as I could tell. Personally, I'm having difficulty with my new rotation and adding area-of-effect in, something that Blood Death Knights aren't normally known for, but it did improve my DPS when I wasn't panicking and punching buttons at random.
Our raid decided, with our success in OS, to tackle the Arachnid Quarter at Naxxramas. And, while we had a few more difficulties (mainly with some idiot DK not handling the auxiliary pulls well on Grand Widow Faerlina and managing to get stuck in the doors at Maexxna) well, here's another thousand words:
One of our members had to go after OS, so the rest of us nine-manned Naxxrammas. Yes, on our first guild raid, with new players, we nine-manned Naxx. The Arachnid Quarter, at least.
Well done, Wreck List! Strength and honor!
