Bill O'Reilly, 13 Aug. 2009:
Now there's something very disturbing about a major corporation, GE, allowing its news division to brand regular Americans racist, fascist, stupid because they oppose a public policy. In fact, I've never seen this before in my 35 years in journalism. I mean, think about it. Folks are using their Constitutional rights to protest a health care policy they believe will harm them and the country. A powerful corporation, GE, which just got more than a billion dollars in low-cost government loans--that's tax-payer money--demonizes the very people that provided them the cash. Isn't that unbelievable?
Bill O'Reilly, 26 Feb. 2003:
Once the war against Saddam begins, we expect every American to support our military, and if they can't do that, to shut up. Americans, and indeed our allies, who actively work against our military once the war is underway will be considered enemies of the state by me. Just fair warning to you, Barbra Streisand, and others who see the world as you do.
Bill O'Reilly, 20 Jun. 2005:
Everybody got it? Dissent, fine; undermining, you're a traitor. Got it? So, all those clowns over at the liberal radio network, we could incarcerate them immediately. Will you have that done, please? Send over the FBI and just put them in chains, because they, you know, they're undermining everything and they don't care, couldn't care less.
It's also worth noting that Fox News' parent company, News Corp., benefits from both a good portion of the federal handout of $70 billion worth of the digital spectrum as well as subsidization through over 100 offshore tax havens. So attacking GE for getting perks from the feds is kind of hypocritical as well.
