Representative Rob Andrews is holding a health care town hall this Monday (August 24). The site is Rowan University, in Glassboro, New Jersey. I think we need to turn out.
If you're wondering, Rob Andrews has been very good on health care and deserves thanks.
Also, I literally just saw an old man waving a "Stop Obama Care" sign in a neighboring town to Glassboro, so I think the whack jobs will be out in force.
The release:
Congressman Andrews to Host Health Care Town Hall Discussion
Please join Congressman Rob Andrews this Monday, August 24 at 6:00 p.m. as he hosts another Town Hall discussion on how to improve our nation’s health care system. In response to rising health care costs and increasing economic concerns, Congressman Andrews is reaching out to residents of the First Congressional District to participate in this important dialogue on how we can work together to make health insurance more affordable and accessible for all.
Throughout the August recess, families across the country are participating in Town Hall discussions just like this as Congress searches for new ways to cut health care premiums while maintaining America’s top-quality care. Rep. Andrews is eager to hear your thoughts on the legislation under consideration as the House of Representatives prepares to return to session and continue its efforts in health care reform.
Please share this invitation with family, friends, colleagues or anyone else who may be interested in discussing the ways we can improve health care in America.
