Recently the Census Bureau dropped ACORN from doing the upcoming 2010 Census.
Now ACORN is in trouble yet again.
Senate votes to cut off some federal funding to ACORN 83-7.

The new undercover videos that have emerged, four in all so far, show ACORN employees discussing various illegal activities. These include tax evasion to prostitution business set up advice.
So what does this mean?
Should there be a federal investigation of ACORN?
Will ACORN do an internal investigation of it's staff?
Can the American public trust this organization?
Or...is this just another one of the schemes of the Fox News Organization?
ACORN has a rebuttal on the front page of their site http://www.acorn.org/
Bertha Lewis, CEO ACORN - ..."It is not coincidence that the most recent attacks have been launched just when health care reform is gaining traction. It is clear they've had these tapes for months."...
Obviously there have been previous allegations of voter fraud on ACORN. http://www.cnn.com/...
All of these claims are quite serious.
Concerning the recent video, it is possible that there were four seperate groups of ACORN workers who promote illegal activities without ACORN having knowledge. These were four seperate locations in different cities though.
I think there should be an investigation into all allegations against ACORN if they ever want to get federal funding. It only makes sense. The air should be cleared for everybody.
