It's hard to believe that Sarah Palin had enough real content from her life to fill up 432 pages, much less that any of it would be worth reading.
It's even harder to believe that the title of the book is "Going ROGUE".
It's completely appropriate, mind you, that Sarah uses this word to describe herself. It's a bit shocking that Sarah would be so honest about her own character. By definition, a rogue is a deceitful and unreliable scoundrel, vagrant, tramp, a dishonest or worthless person : scoundrel, a mischievous person, a scamp.
The least palatable part about the title, though, is the implication that "rogue" is somehow an "American value". And it's beyond the pale that it be held up like a badge of honor, and that people will buy it like it is.
