This week sucked for a lot of people, not least of all because it looks like the employment situation isn't going to improve any time soon. Fortunately, Ford Motor Company (of which I'm a shareholder) has just the car for these troubled times:
But now it's the weekend! So sit down with us and enjoy a nice hot cup of instant, styrofoamy ITEMS!
ITEM! What is perhaps lost in today's hubbub about the House health care vote is that the Senate health care vote might not happen until next year, according to a trial balloon floated by Reid on Wednesday.
I'm kinda surprised that this hasn't been reclisted or front-paged yet.
ITEM! This is the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, which signaled the beginning of the end of the Cold War. ITEM! Read about the mom who stopped the Fort Hood shooter here.
ITEM! It's clear from this USAToday story that the shooting has a boogeyman for everyone in American politics. ITEM! Looks like the US is finally getting fed up with proping up the Karzai regime. More here.
MICE!
Seriously, watch this. It will make your whole day better.

And they've kept up with the times too, including giving Grouches their own television channel:
