I don't care about this war in Iraq. I don't care about this war in Afghanistan. It's just not about me. I care about my twitter account. I don't have time to worry about your war. I have a bigger problem. My friends have more people following them on their twitter account then I do. My facebook page is lacking the same following. Since we have this crappy economy, I don't ever have to worry about going into any war. This crappy economy is making sure we have enough poor suckers , err, "Volunteers" to keep these wars going for the next 20 years.
Since I am not going to be in any jeopardy of any type of ever being involved with YOUR war please don't bother me with any of the details.
I don't care. I have not, nor ever will show up at any "Protest" or "Rally" against your war. I don't care. It's not about me, my facebook page our my twitter account, so please spare me.
I am not ever going to "volunteer" to sign up in the Army, the Marines, the Navy, or the Air Force. I am never going to sign up in the Reserves.
Since I am not obligated to participate, just leave me out of it. I have no dog in this fight. I am protected. I have parents that can help me out financially when ever I need it. I don't have to worry about pesky things like "getting a job" or "rent" or "Job Interviews" Ok, I have a job at my dad's place, but really.
I feel bad for those people who are there
, but again, that does not involve me. It's their fault , right? They signed up for it. Like they had to ? They Volunteered.
So, back to what is really, really, really, really important to me.
The new "them crooked vultures" cd is out soon. Breakfast next Sunday at Milly's diner.( Gotta get one of their black T-Shirts with the "F-U Service" ) Dim Sum today. Can't wait to see that new 2012 movie.
Let's not even get into my busy television schedule. My life is packed. I am way too busy to care about your war's. How many war's are you fighting these days anyway? 5 ? I don't care, so I don't know.
Then there is my online life. I don't have all year to get into that. Trust me, I twitter all day, and even in the middle of the night if something really interesting hits me. I know.. see, I am too busy to worry about your war.
I want to take this time to thank everybody else who has stopped any chance of enacting the Draft to protect me from having to deal with or care about your war.
I would like to thank the good people at the pentagon or where ever they are for forcing the people who had all ready "served" their time, but heheh had to come back for more so I would not have too. Oh, none of my friends are interested either, so please, keep up with the way you are doing this.
If there ever was some sort of movement to start the draft, I would then, and only then show up to some sort of rally or anti draft protest. Thank you everybody for making sure I never have to worry, participate, or be bothered.
OK. Big shopping day ahead, gotta run.
Signed,
The Twitter Generation.
