Previously, one of Orly Taitz's star witnesses had filed an affidavit which contained some rather stomach-churning revelations about a supposed affair between Taitz and her legal assistant, disbarred and convicted felon Charles Edward Lincoln, III.
Taitz denied the affidavit and she and Lincoln subsequently had a falling out. He had tried to get her to represent him in mortgage scam cases outside of California and when the court asked for Taitz to show cause about why she should be allowed to step in, she sent a letter denying having requested to be on the case.
Lincoln admitted signing her name and the court asked Taitz and Lincoln to show why they should not be sanctioned. Lincoln has now revealed, in an affidavit, the supposed nature of his relationship with Dr. Taitz.
I bring you the next installment of "As Taitz's World Turns."

- What has happened here is that, much to our mutual discomfort I am sure, Orly Taitz and I had an intense but adulterous love affair, which continued until November 4, 2009. I can say nothing in our defense except that I fell in love with Dr. Taitz and she repeated on dozens of occasions that she loved me, but could not leave her husband because she did not want to lose "her children and her life."
- I am not proud of these facts, but put together they constitute the simple if unremarkably tawdry background against which Dr. Taitz' behavior and accusations against me/all the Plaintiffs in this case must be judged and evaluated.
- Dr. Taitz terminated our relationship in the aftermath of the October 12, 2009, disclosures made by one Lucas Daniel Smith on the internet which in rather grotesquely vulgar and sensationalistic manner revealed my love affair with Dr. Taitz to the world, and not coincidentally, to Orly's husband Yosef Taitz, whom Orly has consistently described to me as viciously controlling, verbally and emotionally abusive, he is the kind of husband who will not allow his wife to speak freely at the dinner table or in front of her children or guests, and who becomes violently angry if his wife is not at home by sunset on the Sabbath for family/home prayer.
- Dr. Levy [Taitz's new mail-order attorney] warned me that I could expect "strong and vengeful" action from Dr. Taitz when I spoke to him last on Thursday...although he did not condone such acts.
- I have no other explanation for what Dr. Taitz is doing in this case, but I will give the following opinions:
- Dr. Taitz' letters to the court and her Sunday November 15, 2009, communication to me by e-mail (a true and correct copy of which is attached as Exhibit A) are the acts of an extremely unhappy woman who got caught having an adulterous love affair by her husband and the entire world at the moment of maximum political and public exposure in her entire life.
- It is terribly embarrassing and a professional disgrace when personal lives intrude themselves upon Court Judicial Proceedings.
- If this court feels that the events have in any way colored this Court's perception...or if the Court feels that it will be prejudiced against the Plaintiffs because of my and Dr. Taitz' love affair, which has NOTHING whatsoever to do with the validity of a mortgage or assignments...this court should consider recusal.
He describes his "exchange" with Taitz as "undignified, unprofessional, and unseemly" and a sign of their "emotional immaturity in the handling of their personal lives." He appends Taitz’s e-mail as an exhibit:
Charles,
I received your two phone messages. In the first message your speech was extremely blurry, unclear, second message sounded like you were a different person.
I believe that you need urgent evaluation and treatment by a psychiatrist. All of your behavior as of late, all of the e-mails to me, my husband and my attorney suggest the same. You are hurting me, my husband, my children, your wife, your sin, Rverniders, and yourself.
I am sending a declaration to Judge Dimitrious in FL, letting him know, that I believe you are in need of urgent psychiatric evaluation and possibly treatment, and I believe the case needs to be stayed pending your evaluation and treatment.
Along with an affidavit filed by a psychologist friend of Lincoln’s:
- Sometime in early-mid July 2009, Charles Lincoln confided to me in a late-night telephone call that he was involved in a very intense love affair with Orly Tatiz as well as working for her constantly to the exclusion of everything else in his life. Charles said...Orly made him "feel alive."
- ...That night Charles Lincoln...said he was very distrubed by the events, which had transpired with Orly, a married woman, and requested that I advise him as a psychologist. I spoke to Charles about Orly 3-4 times a week after that, sometimes more.
- I, like others close to Charles, were gravely concerned about the sincerity of Orly's involvement with Charles or whether she was taking advantage of a lonely man in exchange, quid pro quo, of his drafting her pleadings.
19...I was concerned for his well-being and his general health because Orly's demands on him sometimes seemed excessive.
- I have read Orly's..e-mail...and in my professional opinion, this turn of events seems to be rooted in vindictiveness and hostility, and I find it suspect that if her conduct and actions have so radically changed in the immediate aftermath of the...dismissal of the Obama case before Judge Carter's case.
- I have wondered whether Orly's involvement with Charles was strictly a result of her interest in using him on the Obama case, and I think that Orly may have been "leading Charles" on...
In other Taitz news, she received a notice that she had electronically filed her latest update of the Motion to Reconsider the Dismissal incorrectly and must refile. Apparently she cannot figure out how to check the correct box when filing; this is not the first time she has had this problem.
I could not present this any more soap operatic than the form it comes in. Can you imagine anything more humiliating than to have the soap opera of your life presented in public court documents? What effect will this have on her case? Will she have an affair with her new attorney to get him to do the filings for her?
Taitz also asked her Website fans to "HELP!" her harass a Huffington Post writer who reported on the Lucas Smith affidavit. She called Huffington Post a "pile of communist garbage" or something to that effect.
No comment on Orly's site about her former lover's court filing.
You can see a picture of Lincoln here:

According to her Facebook account, Pastor Manning, the offensive man who aided her in her Bill O'Reilly micro-protest, has been visited by the Secret Service and claims he may be arrested.
From Orly's wall:
Jon Elmer: Tom, Lincoln is alleging a lot more than fraud by Orly. He goes into sordid detail about an adulterous affair between the two of them this summer. To file such a document in a Federal Court, where the liberal media can find it, just shows Charles Lincoln has been working for Obama all along.
For those of you with stro...ng strong stomachs, and who have the children out of the room, here is the actual document Lincoln filed in court
This reads more like a "Dear Penthouse, I never thought this would happen to a disbarred lawyer like me" letter than any type of legal document. There is only one reason he would do this, Tom, and it's not the "fraud" you trumpet". No, it's to try and destroy the reputation of a good woman and tireless patriot by sullying her marriage with unproven accusations.
I hope ALL of Orly's supporters will read this document, and then reply with letters of support for Orly to the Court where this was filed. The Usurpers thugs will stop at nothing. They will probably even try and tie this sickening garbage to her traffic "trial" in a few weeks, which we all know was orchestrated by powers higher up than a CHP cop.
A dark day for democracy and patriotism if we don't respond to support Orly.
Yes, apparently Obama orchestrated this. My favorite part is when he calls her "a good woman and tireless patriot."
If that is his view of a "good woman," I would hate to meet this guy's mother.
I also like this:
"A dark day for democracy and patriotism if we don't respond to support Orly."
Seriously? These people really have a limited narrow view of the world.
