The water cooler talk is that an earlier than expected snow a couple of days ago in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is the latest evidence that global warming a.k.a climate change is a hoax. While snow in North Texas certainly isn't an everyday occurrence, it's not entirely unheard of either. Local weather reports indicated anywhere from trace amounts to half an inch of snow. Not necessarily accumulation due to the ground being too warm, but still snow. Of course, snow requires precipitation as much as it is does temperature and autumn in Dallas-Fort Worth was the fourth wettest ever. It takes two to tango.
So how early was the cold weather? According to the National Weather Service, one day.
