Rove, "the Architect"...every time I hear that phrase or see Sean Hannity cream his Jeans repeating it while interviewing Karl Rove, I just want to barf.
Here we go again, another "family values" conservative divorcing his long term wife: http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/...
Apparently the allure of easy poon overrides the marital vows he took and, like so many of his conservative brethren, his deeds do not match his words. What exactly is this guy "the architect" of, anyway? So far as I can see, it has been nothing but garbage, built on garbage and supported by garbage, with garbage results.
No, this is not much of a diary. No earth shaking reporting going on here, just some venting, an involuntary reaction every time GOP hypocrisy is laid bare. Perhaps it is a sign of frustration or a reaction to the fact that so many of my friends and family drink the FOX News kool-aid and think a guy like Rove actually has more on the ball than being a power monger. I can't help it. I've come to despise turdblossom and his ilk and I confess to feeling joy when I see his facade crumble, just as I rejoiced when Limbaugh turned out to be a pill-head. Unfortunately, this seems to have no effect on my conservative friends and family, who apparently prefer the misinformation they are spoon fed from these jerks over anything said by a Democrat, no matter how sensible or well reasoned.
WHY, I ask. Why? Why does the Democratic party seem to have such difficulty outmaneuvering these greedy little corporocrats? Their vision of America sucks. We are bigger than a "market economy." Greed is NOT good. Jesus was not a Republican. Gordon Gecko is NOT a role model.
Jeeesh.
