After the fall of Baghdad, was Saddam involved with any attacks at all?
I will admit I figured with all the hundreds of millions in cash we found that Saddam would be out there funding, some percentage at least, of the attacks. Not a high percentage, but not low (~20% ??). And, btw, why stay in Iraq otherwise? I admit I expected he was in a bunker of some kind, but a little bigger than the one we saw. Are we sure that wasn't just the entry way to the real lair? The guy had a lot of time to build bunkers. You almost get the idea he was bluffing. -pause-
