Dean, who is leading in fundraising and in national and key state polls, and yesterday picked up the endorsement of former Sen. Bill Bradley (D-N.J.), told a crowd in Iowa before New Year's that he was "starting a program where we are going to target the 20 or 25 closest House races."

Does the Dean campaign really have enough support behind it to also fund a number of House races while running against Bush? If there is a long and expensive primary season I very much doubt Dean would have any chance of pulling off something like this.
