The Hill has an article up about how Nader has less than
half the cash he had at this time in 2000. His groupies blame this on all the money spent in legal battles. At least his spokesman finally admitted who their true boss is:
---
Zeese said, however, that although the Democrats were cutting into Nader's funds, they were actually helping President Bush and Nader because the litigation has sparked news stories about ballot access. Nader is "making [up for slower fundraising] in other ways," Zeese said.

I guess Ralphie Boy will have to beg Grover Norquist, Ben Stein and Phyllis Schlafly for a few more pennies. Or maybe they can go con some more homeless people.
While you're at The Hill, there's a strange article on ballot iniatives and their electoral stakes. Some dipshit GOP pollster named David Hill apparently thinks that the Michigan anti-gay benefits amendment is designed to legalize same-sex marriage, and that fundies will rush out to defeat the measure. The Hill seems to be full of brain trusts these days. I guess even they have to carry water for the GOP.
If any of you in Michigan have fundie friends or relatives, send them the article. Maybe they'll be as slow as David Hill and help kill the hate. Or, if you want to help in what is increasingly the strongest possible chance to kill an anti-gay amendment, then go here:
