Please don't ban me for inciting a riot by telling Rush to take the back of the bus.
This Bus is for You Rush Limbaugh. - Rosa Parks
Ah ha Hush That Fuss Everybody Move Rush to the Back of the Bus, Ah ha hush that fuss, Everybody Move Rush to the Back of the Bus

Everyone knows by now that Limbaugh said we need segregated buses based on an incident involving a white student beaten by a black student.
Police initially said the beating of the white student by two black students appeared to be racially motivated," the Associated Press wrote. "But police on Tuesday backed away from that."
That didn’t stop Limbaugh from making his comments Wednesday.
"In Obama’s America, the white kids now get beat up with the black kids cheering, ‘Yay, right on, right on, right on, right on," Limbaugh also said. "I wonder if Obama’s going to come to come to the defense of the assailants the way he did his friend Skip Gates up there at Harvard."
This came after the police backed away from their initial statements.
Using the visual imagery and reminder of segregated busing evokes the most crude reminders of America prior to and during the 1960's. Even bringing up the suggestion that we should return to a Bus for Whites and a Bus for Coloreds should be met by immediate rebuke regardless of whom it comes from. Think about how much the demographics of our country have changed since this time. We are even more of a melting pot than we were 40-50 years ago. Many school districts have become minority majority - Not just black and white either, but Hispanic and Asian.
It is easy to dismiss these hurtful remarks by saying "It is just Rush Limbaugh opening his idiot mouth again."
But what Rush is saying, others are hearing and still saying Amen. However, to describe something as Obama's America where the black kids beat up the white kids and cheer is not only inconsistent and a distorted fantasy but it takes us back to a time where I am most optimistic we will never return. We are too smart and we are too compassionate. However, when we
We must stand up and look at the glass as half full in that we did the unthinkable in electing Barack Obama. But we also remember that the fight is not over. The fight is not over.
Remember the words of Martin Niemoller in 1945
First they came for the Communists,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I wasn’t a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I wasn’t a Jew.
Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I was a Protestant.
Then they came for me,
and by that time there was no one
left to speak up for me.
