This actually might give you a small insight into the D-Bag right wing radio we have going on here in Massachusetts....almost made me drive off the road. Clip and stuff after the jump...
So WAAF is a standard rock music station in Boston, but during the morning drive, they have the Rush-wanna be named Greg Hill on. He usually spouts out stupid shit or Rush talking points from last week. I really don't mind him, until people I work with start spewing back his dribble.
The other day, on the way to work, I heard the clip linked below:
WAAF Hill-Man Morning Show discusses Denver Public Schools lunch menu: Fried chicken, collard greens for MLK Day
For those of you who aren't from the area, the girl's name is Danielle, she does the news. The guy trying to say that Fried chicken, collard greens for MLK Day is a bad idea is nick named 'Spaz'. He is your standard 'Colmes' to Greg Hill's 'Hannity'.
Anyway, the stuff that got me was (excuse the sh*tty transcribing)
...about 2:30 in...
Greg Hill: Let me ask you, you go to any Irish restaurant on St. Patrick's Day and what do they serve?
Spaz: Corned Beef & Cabbage..but its a little different because in America the Irish weren't enslaved.
Greg Hill: They certainly were. They weren't given jobs. There were signs here in Boston saying 'Irish Need Not Apply'
Spaz: But still, they weren't chained, whipped, beaten, shot at, not able to get married...
Greg Hill: Oh Spaz (in a disappointed voice)
Greg Hill = douche bag
