I don't know if I'm noticing it more for some reason or if it's really more prevalent, but I am usually a huge stickler for these things, and I feel like I couldn't possibly be any worse lately than I usually am.
I've been noticing a really large increase in misspellings, misplaced words, stray or missing apostrophes and punctuation, and the like ever since the Massachusetts election.
One example is BarbinMD's recent post about the Republican "survey." I don't mean to single you out; yours is just the most recent one I've noticed.

There's no apostrophe in the possessive "its."
I think the writers and editors need to calm down, slow down, and be more careful than they have been recently. I've seen these problems on DailyKos and Talking Points Memo, especially. You don't want to start looking like conservatives, do you?

The White House selectively leaked details of Plouffe's new "expanded" role to news outlets this weekend as Democrats are questioning Obama's decision-making.
Tense disagreement - "are" should be "were," since the sentence is past tense.
And to preemptively respond to more "you're outraged over this?" comments, I'm hardly outraged over it. I'm just presenting an argument for being grammatically correct in order to present a well-rounded argument. It's hard to take people seriously as easily if they're making these simple mistakes.
I'm outraged about what's going on politically, but if I can't express it well, what good does it do me?
