I'm getting a little ridiculous from the cabin fever here in DC. With little to do other then cook because Metro, being the piece of dung that it is (outdoor stations closed) and no way to get to Superbowl Parties I'm cooking for one.
So what are you making for Superbowl guests? My menu below the fold.
Kowalski (MI) Stadium Kielbasa smothered in:
Chile (with burger) made of pasilla, negro, chipotle, New Mexican Red Milds, chocolate, almonds, garlic and onion.
Grilled onions, jalapenos and garlic.
Guacamole
Cheddar cheese.
Crisped bacon and chorizo.
On a french bread loaf cut to make the buns.
Boddingtons and Kona Porter to accompany.
