The image along with a number of other photos were just released be NASA today. See some more images of Andromeda Galaxy below the fold. Also included is a short animated video slideshow of other images including Siding Spring comet captured by WISE IR camera.
In this image at 12 and 22 micron IR wavelength, a great deal of the hot dust can be seen in the galaxy's arm and core.

This image at 3.4 micron IR wavelength reveals the warped boundaries of Andromeda's central disk and as well as displays the older stellar mass of the galaxy.
