Yep. You knew it was coming and you knew at some point that the Governor of Minnesota, Tim Pawlenty would join the Sarah Palin contingent and go Full Teabag.
Well, just today Timmy decided to truly go for it and he did it by calling out Konservatives to say NO!!!
I know. That is a new and important weapon in the Republican arsenal for defeating the Democrats and especially President Obama's agenda for America. I mean, WHO ELSE but Governor and soon to be Presidential Candidate Tim Pawlenty could have come up with such a winning plan. Simple in it's bumper slogan usefulness and crafty when creating a full page add in the NYT.
NO
WOW! That is brilliant!
Pawlenty calls on conservatives to 'fight back' against Obama
Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) sought to burnish his conservative credentials Friday before the annual Conservative Political Action Conference, delivering a strong message to President Obama that "we will fight back."
"We're planting the flag on constitutional ground, and if you try to take our freedoms, we will fight back," Pawlenty said in a 25-minute address at the annual meeting in a Washington hotel.
Pawlenty, who is eyeing a 2012 presidential run, embraced a grass-roots conservative movement that he said was "igniting this nation," and he drew a parallel with Ulysses S. Grant, the scrappy Union general during the Civil War who went on to become president.
"The implication is, we're kind of bumpkins," Pawlenty said. "Well, history is on our side. The Constitution is on our side. We're on the side of freedom. We're on the side of individual responsibility. We're on the side of free markets. We're on the side of rule of law. We're on the side of limited government. And like Grant, we fight."
But Pawlenty warned conservatives not to repeat what he considers mistakes that pushed the party out of power in recent years.
"We may well be given as conservatives the privileges and the responsibility to govern and to lead this nation once again. And when we do, this time, we need to do what we say we're going to do," Pawlenty said. "They need to go to Washington, D.C., and walk the walk."
Yes, Sir and Ma'am! Walk that walk. Fight the good fight. Don't let those Elitist's call you bumpkins. We are Konservatives. We do stuff. No, Really!!!!
It is amazing to me to watch these people work the room for personal gain and nothing else. This guy would trade his best friends testicles to anyone who would assure him he could be President and somehow make major money off that gig. Well, no, of course he wouldn't sell his own testicles. That wouldn't be the Konservative way, now would it?
