The question is Rasmussen a real pollster or a GOP propaganda minister. Can we dismiss him or take his polls as very accurate. He tends to pick the winners of a state in senatorial and governors races but his results are always biased in republican direction.
It appears that Rasmussen must be in the last gasp of his narrative stage
before he starts polling correctly. He just came out with a poll today with Angle beating Reid 50-46 her biggest lead in a long time.
It looks like it may be over for Harry if this is accurate but of course Ras isn't polling the tea Party candidate or none of the above. If we lose Nevada and WV we have to hold Washington state and California and have no room for any other losses plus Lieberman and Nelson have to stay with the democrats.
Rasmussen still shows a big lead for Buck while other pollsters show it in a dead heat. I am thinking this is his final narrative and things may not be that bleak. CNN polled Nevada yesterday and had Angle up 2 but they also have Reid up 10 points with registered voters. Personally I wouldn't care is Reid lost in a normal year but the thought of that insane woman beating him is downright irritating.
Rasmussen seems to throw the democrats a bone with an occasional blowout poll like Ct, but maybe things are really a lot grimmer than we think. I would love PPP to get out to Nevada and take a look. I believe Rasmussen doesn't poll cell phones and he may be missing a lot of democratic votes.
I also think he watches what the other pollsters are showing the last week and adjusts his polling as not to look bad after the election.
Anyway the guy just drives me crazy because he puts out so many polls and is now looked upon as a legitimate pollster.
