Very good news, as this is a non-partisan poll:
A new poll says Wisconsin's U.S. Senate race is a tossup between Democratic incumbent Russ Feingold and Republican challenger Ron Johnson.
The St. Norbert College Survey Center poll shows Johnson ahead, 49% to 47%. The margin of error is 5% points.
. . .
The St. Norbert poll is sponsored by Wisconsin Public Radio. It questioned 402 registered likely voters between Oct. 12 and Friday.
I've never heard of this polling outfit before, so perhaps several grains of salt are in order. I look forward to Nate Silver's analysis. If he believes it is significant, than Russ Feingold, who many have recently left for dead, is very much still in the game.
