Speaker Boehner and Majority Leader Cantor have begin crafting the legislative agenda for 2011.

If this does not put the fear of God into pathetic Democrats who plan to sit out this election, I don't know what will.

According to an AP article, Speaker Boehner and his number 2, Eric Cantor are so confident in winning the House that they have begun to plot their legislative strategy.

Here are the highlights:

Republican leaders, ever more confident of their chances of winning control of the House and possibly even the Senate, have begun plotting a 2011 agenda topped by a push for more than $100 billion in spending cuts, tax reductions and attempts to undo key parts of President Barack Obama's health care and financial regulation laws.

Yes people welcome to INSANITY THEATER.  For those who keep telling me that there is no difference between Democrats and Republicans, I suggest that it is time to have your heads examined.

Here's the comic relief part of this:

Republicans laid out some of their wish-list last month in the "Pledge to America," which called for tax and spending cuts, health care law repeal and congressional reform, among other things. Some GOP leaders argue a victory on Election Day would give them a strong mandate to carry out such changes, although many of them are likely to run into strong Democratic opposition.

"If the public puts us in the majority, they're saying that they want this to go forward," said Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., one of the pledge's architects.

Obama, he added, "would be in a hard position not to support this."

Republicans are prepared to accept their "mandate" to drive the country further off a cliff.

I am IMPLORING every single person who reads this to please work like heck to prevent this impending disaster.  We need to GOTV like hell in these final days.  Please make calls, canvass, talk to your family and friends.  All of our futures depend on not letting these crazy racists complete their destruction of the country.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
