Yep, that pretty well somes it up:
The best is Jane Johnson's shocked facial expression after he says it.

More Tagging tips:
A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?
Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.
If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office.
CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.
Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.
Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary:
Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House.
If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state
Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries
that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

'And that's exactly what we will do. And it will all be Obama's fault because he paid for the shovel.'
Is this comedy or the truth or both ?

Somehow, I feel it's just the beginning of many, Johnsonisms!
Come on, somebody had to step in and fill the hole left by W, so Johnson, started digging!

is give tax breaks to companies that offshore jobs. That really helps. I sure hope Johnson lectures us on the importance on marrying into wealthy families so we can all be high powered entrepreneurs like him. Geez. Six years of this miserable shithead.
Be radical in your compassion.

If I was in a deep hole, I'd be very grateful to have a shovel handy.
And I'd immediately start working on making the hole shallower by digging it wider in a couple of directions, shaving off the sides and packing them underfoot. Once you're in too deep, you can't dig any deeper - any dirt you throw up merely falls back down and lands on you. But you can pull in that dirt from the side and move it beneath you.
Wow, Independents put down the centrist Blue Dogs, and somehow liberals are to blame?

It is hard to laugh at his ignorance when he is going to be sitting in Washington representing Wisconsin.
We would be better off with a box of rocks. It would be better looking too.

No wonder his handlers made it priority #1 to keep his yap shut.
I was quite proud to call Feingold my senator.
Wisconsin get's what it deserves, shame.

Out of the mouths of babes....
This ought to be shown across the nation: the mantra for responding to the tea party insanity.
I am profoundly saddened to be a Wisconsinite today. I am also damn proud of Russ, and the half of the half of my fellow citizens that kept progressivism with integrity and independence alive for the last 18 years. The flame will burn on, and the torch will be taken up.
