Of course, tax cuts for the rich are a truly horrible idea, however, indications are that they are already on the table. So......if we are going to bust open the deficit, what do we need to get in return?

The barrage of corporate financed advertising is going to continue through the end of the year because 51% of the spending must be on "issues". The ownership class is set to pummel us with ads pushing the republican agenda. So President Obama and the Dems need to make DISCLOSE the non-negotiable, must be included piece of every piece of legislation that is offered.
This is a debate that we can win. The vast majority of Americans were sickened by the massive overkill of election advertising, not to mention the horrific content (and lies). This is still fresh in their mind, and will play against the upcoming wave of issue ads.
When Obama started pushing on this topic and the "foreign companies" influencing our elections, the polls started to tighten.
