Below is a communication from a friend (sorry, can't reveal my source)
Personally, I'm looking forward to the leaks from Bank of America. Will the Times print them? Do you think if Ellsberg leaked the Pentagon Papers in today's timid world he'd be executed? Well, that's all I really wanted to say, but I'm getting a note that I have to say more anyway (50 to 175 words) before I can give you the link. How is it that the Library of Congress can censor a website?
Dennis Blair, former Director of Intelligence, was on Charlie Rose a few nights ago, complaining about wikileaks. He had advocated gaming as a way to uncover alternative strategies. He described a process called the Sigma Games run in the Pentagon early in the Viet Nam war that he said "...was seared into" his memory. In the game, the team playing the North Vietnamese was able to defeat every strategy and tactic of the U.S. team simply by not fighting where the U.S was strong, only fighting where the U.S. was weak. Too bad wikileaks wasn't around then to inform the public and save many lives.

The Library of Congress has confirmed that it is blocking Wikileaks.
U.S. soldiers in Iraq who try to read about the Wikileaks disclosures--or read coverage of them in mainstream news sites--on unclassified networks get a page warning them that they're about to break the law.
The general counsel for the White House Office of Management and Budget today sent an email and a model memo to all federal agencies directing that federal employees not access Wikileaks.
Columbia University's career services department sent an alert to students:
"The documents released during the past few months through Wikileaks are still considered classified documents. He recommends that you DO NOT post links to these documents nor make comments on social media sites such as Facebook or through Twitter. Engaging in these activities would call into question your ability to deal with confidential information, which is part of most positions with the federal government."
