A quick and easy interactive calculator from WaPo that shows how HCR will directly impact you personally after entering in

[2] How you obtain if you do
[3] Income
[4] Household members

Kaiser Foundation has an excellent interactive calculator similar to WaPo’s allowing you to enter in the same parameters
[1] If you do or do not now have health insurance
[2] How you obtain (self, employer, Medicare, etc.) if you do have insurance
[3] Income
[4] Household members
[5] Marital status
And
[6] If you live in a high, medium or low cost area
But while it supplies actual premium dollar calculations, it is limited to only those who will participate in the Exchanges, which don’t go into effect until 2014.
The Foundation also has updated its interactive calculator to reflect the revised premium subsidies included in the legislation.
