To our most respected real news anchors , "fake" news anchors and agitator-in-chief.

Please Please Please start your own network!! Between all of you you can get ratings and ads and we need a strong, sane and intelligent voice to fend off the idiots that pollute the airwaves.

With Keith leaving MSNBC and Rachel no doubt soon to follow now is a great time to reach out to the few well off liberals like Soros and Warren Buffet and ask for backing for your/our own network.

The only way to win this media war is to take it to them on their own turf, we NEED wealthy backers, strong voices and a willingness to go toe to toe with these threats to our country with facts, humor and REAL investigative journalism. Let's bring Christiane Amanpour over as well..

All of the above mentioned celebrities fight nightly for a return to sanity, common sense and intelligence but their voices are one or two lone voices barking into the night, if we collect them all in one place we can get a true force into the culture and conversation of the country.

At the moment money is the only thing that buys access and results, we have people on our side that have money, they need to be willing to invest it in something that can truly make a difference, grassroots does nothing if there is not coverage of it to get out to others. Protests if not covered by the media accomplish little, when the media is controlled by one voice only we all suffer.

Please ladies and gentlemen, toss this idea around, I know some of you talk and know each other.  There has to be a way to harness all of your amazing talents and intellect towards a common goal. We could really influence the conversation in this country if you help us get our message out in a more organized and centralized fashion.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
