Representatives Hall at the NH State House is filled and I hear that 99% are against repeal. There is a live stream of Twitter comments here .
I am hearing from friends who are there. While several Republicans raised the religion thing or the horrors of "teaching homosexuality in kindergarten" in MA, the young Marine with the gay brother was just speaking, he has a powerful message.
I will be updating later with more. I know the original sponsor of the repeal bill is asking for it to be held for the 2012 session. Updated by bloomingpol at Thu Feb 17, 2011, 01:55:20 PM

From a friend's Facebook page: NH VICTORY !!! The NH House Judiciary Committee just decided to delay voting on repealing marriage equality for an entire year. We know we have a lot more work to do, but this is our first big victory! More than 700 marriage equality supporters filled the hearing room today. As a result, the Judiciary Committee agreed with you that the NH House should be focused on creating jobs, not on taking away civil rights.
