This diary called to my attention the fake David Koch call

After learning about it, I thought that this would be big news, but quick searches has revealed that it isn't.
One would think that having Walker talking so candidly towards a millionaire who doesn't live in Wisconsin about what he plans to do to crush Wisconsin unions would be a clear case of corruption. After all, Walker sounds as if he were a subordinate giving a status update on his superior.
This to me looks like a clear case of corruption or at least traffic of influence. Maybe it is not technical "corruption" since lawmakers have defined that in a very narrow way, but it is obvious that David Koch has access to Walker and has his confidence to explain his plans for busting unions, including sending agitators.
So why is this not being covered?
