Latest news as far as I can see is this, from the Post:
A key vote in the larger House - Del. Sam Arora (D-Montgomery) - that was wavering just pledged to vote for the bill in the full House vote:
Arora said in a statement that he will vote for the bill both as a member of the Judiciary Committee and on the House floor, with the intention of ultimately letting Maryland voters decide the issue.
His full statement is here on his website.
The Post goes on to say:
After several days of delay, the committee could vote on the bill Friday.
One other delegate still seems to be wavering this time on the vote to get it out of committee. From OnTop Magazine:
Freshman Maryland Delegate Tiffany Alston has wavered again on her position on a gay marriage bill.
Alston is one of the two members of the House Judiciary Committee who missed Tuesday's early morning vote on the legislation, forcing Chairman Joseph Vallario, who opposes the gay marriage bill, to delay the vote. The bill, which was approved by the Senate last week, was on track for a final vote in the House by Friday. (The second member, Delegate Jill Carter, has said she is ready to vote for the bill.)
