I am typing this on my phone, I am outside the king st entrance of the state Capitol. Where governor walker is already breaking the law. The senate is in session and only one door is open. The republicans are voting on all non fiscal items in the budget repair bill. I will post more as long as my battery holds out.
Hop below the fold for photos and commentary

I am surrounded by teachers, and other public workers, some of them in tears because they know what this action could cost them.

I am home now and will be posting photo, video and commentary shortly.
First off, I am not surprised by this dirty underhanded trick. But, it is also illegal according to Wisconsin law. Public notice requires at least 24 hours notice of a mtg, no less than 2 hr in emergency. Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.84.
The Republicans were also violating the court order to keep the Capitol open and accessible to the public. Only one door (King Street Entrance) was open. No one could get in due to the amount of security.
I want to add...on my way out of the parking ramp the attendant asked me what was going on. I told her about the vote...her reply...shit, this had to happen four years from retirement...
Here is the line to get in...
The photos below are at the south entrance of the Capitol...right below the hearing room.
Even the snowmen's union is against this bill.
This was on my way to my car back at the King St entrance...still difficult to get in.
In my humble opinion, the Republican party in Wisconsin...is dead. They will not survive this.
