It has gotten to the point where, sadly, I don't think we can honestly say anymore that Republicans actually represent a district or state in Congress. Wasn't always that way - sure, they've always been corrupt, sleazy turds on wheels who inwardy (inwardly, mind you, not openly and proudly as they do today) would have snickered at seeing a six-year-old fall off a cliff, but their corruption was slanted toward local or state interests. Now, however, it doesn't even matter where they come from, because they all serve the same handful of global transnational corporations to the absolute exclusion of all else. So from now on, I will be referring to all Republican officeholders as representatives of Oligarchy. E.g., Rep. Darrell Issa (R - Oligarchy), Sen. Mitch McConnell (R - Oligarchy), Rep. John Boehner (R - Oligarchy).
Of course, it is redundant to have both the R and Oligarchy, but we might as well leave at least the slim possibility that one of them may occasionally represent an actual American state or district. Still, it does tremendously simplify things: For instance, of what state is Scott Walker governor? It certainly isn't Wisconsin. No, Wisconsin has collective bargaining rights. Clearly, Walker is an employee of Oligarchy. He is merely assigned to the state of Wisconsin as overseer, viceroy, vizier, or whatever the hell one calls a petty dictator ruling over a subregion on behalf of a higher master.
It also has the added benefit of distinguishing a state from the Republican douchebags who have bought, stolen, or hoodwinked its electorate into giving them office. For instance, where the hell is John Boehner from? Such distinctions are easy to forget because they're increasingly irrelevant - Republicans have nothing whatsoever to do with the states they allegedly represent, even when the offices they supposedly carry out are state offices. These people barely even live in America as it is, let alone represent it - they hopscotch from one country club to another, one yacht club to another, one golf course to another, averting their gaze in horror should their limousine happen to pass by a community with an intact middle-class.
Where is Eric Cantor from again? Oh, that's right - Oligarchy. It's so much easier to remember where these pricks are from, now that it's so obvious what they serve and where they want to take America. Virginia isn't Oligarchy; Ohio isn't Oligarchy; Kentucky isn't Oligarchy; these are American states with actual local cultures and community values, none of which mean a damn thing to these demented alien nutjobs from planet Kleptomania. So from now on, that is how I will refer to them: As the undistinguished representative / designee / toady from Oligarchy.
