First the bullet hole found in a window at a local GOP office, which was officially determined to be from errant celebratory gunfire. Then the car windshield that was supposedly fired at, which was later determined to be caused by a kicked-up rock.
Now we have accusations that a WI GOP office was burglarized in an attempt to destroy all the signatures gathered to recall Democrat Dave Hansen.
The baggers are outraged, to say the least.
The story first appeared at Red State and was picked up by the Freepers.
Red State:
Allegedly, the burglars were after the petitions gathered to recall Dave Hansen, who was one of the Wisconsin Democratic senators who fled the state rather than participate in the democratic process. Which - if this was in fact done by Democratic party operatives or sympathizers - would merely demonstrate that Hansen is in fact fairly representative of his party, at that.
But they're still in good shape, apparently:
The good news is that the recall folks say that they still have enough signatures, so it should have no insurmountable effect on the recall process.
Freepers are hot and bothered by the alleged burglary:
I would be willing to bet my next paycheck the party of perpetual dirty tricks was behind this in some way or fashion.

And the Prosser win was a mandate:
Given the Prosser election results I would say the dems have lost all credibility and support from the people in Wisconsin. They have shown themselves to be nothing more than thugs who don’t deserve to hold elective office.

Hey, you can't blame a Tea Party for trying, I guess.
