Not with a bang, but with a quote.
"We must have universal healthcare," wrote Trump. "I'm a conservative on most issues but a liberal on this one. We should not hear so many stories of families ruined by healthcare expenses."
The goal of health care reform, wrote Trump, should be a system that looks a lot like Canada. "Doctors might be paid less than they are now, as is the case in Canada, but they would be able to treat more patients because of the reduction in their paperwork," he writes.

And you thought Mitt Romney had problems because of Romney Care? Saying explicitly that we need Canada's system is going to go over really well with GOP primary voters. A better candidate would be able to pivot and say something about having learned something in the last 10 years. The Hairpiece can't admit to ever learning anything - for if he learns, he is no longer The Donald.
Update:
But first, the Donald must embrace Ayerism on Sean Hannity's drivel display.
Barack Obama wouldn't be president—and, you know, I wrote many best sellers, and also, number one bestsellers including The Art of the Deal. So I know something about writing. And I want to tell you, the guy that wrote the first book didn't write the second book. Obama made a big mistake when he wrote the second book. Because the second book was not Ernest Hemingway, it was about 37 classes below. So, the first book is Ernest Hemingway-plus. The second book was written by somebody that was much more average.
