As I’m sure you're already aware, the GOP’s beloved mama grizzly came out of hiding to give another rousing list of tea party sound-bites that some might call a speech—I don’t. These are just a few of her hits according to her biased, illegitimate employer at Fox news:
1. In regard to the amount cut from the budget: "that's not courage, that capitulation."
2. Gov. Palin also addressed the GOP: "We didn't elect you just to rearrange the deck chairs on a sinking Titanic." She later told the leaders of the GOP that, "they need to learn to fight like a girl"
3. The media was not immune from Palin's attack: "Hey media it's not inciting violence, it's not hateful rhetoric to call someone out on their record."
4. Obama's slogan Win the Future: "Win the future? WTF is about right." She continued: "The only future that Barack Obama is trying to win is his own re-election."
5. Later while still addressing President Obama: "You ignored us in 2010 but you cannot ignore us in 2012."
6. When addressing the people of Madison and the union protests:
"You saw these violent rent-a-mobs trash your capital and vandalize business, Madison you held your ground. Your governor did the right thing and you won, your beautiful state won."
7.Concerning the Tea Party movement: "the tea party movement wouldn't exist without Barack Obama

Ohh, ha, ha, ha, ha, those are so…, wait-- hold the phone—did Palin actually just admit that the tea party was formed not because of policy but because a black man was in the White House? I believe she did.
Most progressives understand that a great majority of teacons are not motivated by their good ole Christian, family loving values but are driven by some other deep, powerful emotion. As difficult as it is for me, I “try” to refrain from assigning those “emotions” to their entire group. However, Sarah, Rush, Beck and now Trump fully understands how to touch these people who lived during and enjoyed our separate and “unequal” America.
They reminisce about (what they believe to be) those better days and long to take “their” America back. I think we all get that.
As a result of Sarah’s gaffe, I reviewed the history of the first tea party event and learned that they scheduled their first rally to occur before Obama took off his inaugural suit. I’m serious. So how could it have been about policy when he had written none? Check this:
“The founder of market-ticker.org, Karl Denninger (stock trader and former CEO),[38] published his own write-up on the proposed protest, titled "Tea Party February 1st?," which was posted in direct response to President Obama's inauguration occurring on the same day, and railed against the bailouts, the US national debt and "the fraud and abuse in our banking and financial system" which included the predatory lending practices currently at the center of the home mortgage foreclosure crisis." http://en.wikipedia.org/...
Wow, what a great time to protest the president—you know, his first few hours in the White house!
Folks, the tea party is, has been and will always be a complete fraud.
They don’t care about deficits, Medicare, the wars, the budget, or Obamacare. They don’t care about Trump, Beck or even Sarah Palin. They came together because these media folks touched their deeply held emotions and ministered to their feelings of displacement. Fox gave voice to their seething resentment and amplified their lamentations over their difficulty in sharing space with those unlike themselves.
The 50s era Dixiecrats, the Ross Perot brigade of the 90s and the present day tea partiers are all the same folks. They are the enemies of progress which is how Beck makes such a good a living fighting against "progress." These are the folks driving the Arizona laws, the Wisconsin’s anti-union laws and the return of the Jim Crow laws in Florida. These are the folks who hates Eric Holder, Sonya Sotomayor and Barack Obama. They are not moved by the particulars of policies but by fear, anxiety and the changing of America.
For once, Sarah spoke the truth about the tea party: it “wouldn't exist without Barack Obama” (and I'll add) and his lovely black family in the White House.
Sad.
