It's still raining, a neighborhood legally blew up a levee causing a 2 or 3 inch surge of water to flow into the Missouri River, and yet another levee failed.
Omaha is pumping water back into the River. I wonder if you can still see the hammer. Anyone near there want to snap a photo?

Morning levee breach sends 5 feet of water toward Hamburg; I-29 closed in area
On the banks of the Missouri River.
The breach was a mile north of Percival and some 16 miles north of Hamburg. Most of the affected area already was under water and all of it had been evacuated earlier, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reported.
