After promising to bring jobs to Wisconsin when elected Governor, Scott Walker has seen 19 plants close and 2,207 workers get laid off. Many other potential jobs have been pulled from Wisconsin because of Walker’s policies. Uppity Wisconsin shows a list of companies that have had to lay off workers since mass radical change swept the Badger State.

Walker had promised to bring 250,000 jobs to Wisconsin when elected. Now he'll need to create 252,207 to meet that promise. His only “victory” is that he paid an Illinois company $1.25 million to move 1.5 miles into Wisconsin. However, due to Illinois-Wisconsin tax reciprocity agreements, Illinois will still get the tax money. Thanks, austerity.
