Is this the new message from Mitt
"Harvard-advised, Harvard-educated" Romney?
Harvard graduate Mitt Romney's top advisers include members of the Harvard faculty. So, naturally, he's
slamming President Obama for allegedly listening to advice from the "Harvard faculty lounge."
Mitt Romney once again criticized President Obama for taking his advice from the “Harvard faculty lounge” in a speech in Florida on Thursday. He’s repeated the line on the campaign trail despite being a Harvard alum himself and counting Harvard faculty among his own top advisers.
Not only did Romney attend business and law school at Harvard, but just three weeks ago he announced his economic policy advisers who he said "have been instrumental in helping me to craft policies." You'll never guess where one of those members is a professor:
N. Gregory Mankiw Served As The Chairman Of President Bush’s Council Of Economic Advisers From 2003 To 2005. Mankiw served as an economic adviser to Mitt Romney’s 2008 campaign. Currently, Mankiw is Robert M. Beren Professor of Economics at Harvard University.
Next thing you know, Romney is going to flip-flop on himself. The only question is whether he endorses Rick Perry or Barack Obama. Or both.
11:56 AM PT: And he's taken $56,000 in donations from the "Harvard faculty lounge."
