By the way, they really need to hire back their better paid and experienced IT people. After trying to upgrade their site with new looks they've been having nothing but problems since, going on six or seven days now and to damn embarrassed to let it be known the why!

Occupy D.C. Protest Rallies Blocks From the White House
Oct 6, 2011 - The Occupy DC protest, which started with a few dozen students standing in the rain last weekend, moves to Freedom Plaza on Thursday, blocks from the White House.
Organizers have called protesters together at the plaza on Pennsylvania Avenue across the street from the Wilson Building, the seat of D.C. government. The protesters received permits to assemble in Freedom Square for the next several days.
The Occupy DC assembly is an offshoot of the longer Occupy Wall Street protest, which has been camped out in New York's Financial District for the past three weeks. read more>>>

Seemingly Bogus Website Uses 'Occupy Party' Name... To Sell Ads
6 Oct 2011 - As the Occupy Wall Street movement inspires protests in more U.S. cities, a website has popped up that seems to be trading on the group's somewhat nebulous status and lack of formal organization.
The site, called OccupyParty.org, has been disavowed on the actual Occupy Wall Street site, where the author also noted, "We are not a political institution."
OccupyParty has a landing page that features what you might expect from a young political movement: images of a diverse crowd of smiling people, waving flags; an image of the U.S. Constitution; and a video purporting to show dastardly Wall Street bankers. read more>>>
