6:25 PM PT: Wow. In VA-SD-17, Dem Edd Houck leads by FIVE votes.
6:28 PM PT: MS's "personhood" amendment is trailing 56-44 with 7% reporting, but it's hard to know how representative those early counties are.
6:35 PM PT: Ugh. Bad news. The AP is now showing Dem Edd Houck (VA-SD-17) down 300 votes.
6:36 PM PT: The AP has called it for Greg Ballard, the Republican mayor of Indianapolis. He narrowly wins, 51-47.
6:38 PM PT: Personhood continues to do very poorly in MS. It's losing 57-43 with 16% in.
6:43 PM PT: Now GOP state Rep. Paul Scott is losing his recall, 52-48, with a third of the vote counted.

Houck up 37 votes with 3 pcts left in Albemarle & 1 in Fredericksburg (Houck 60%+ in both) & 2 in Spotsylvania (Reeves 55%)
