8:11 PM PT: The first results are rolling in in the OR-01 special primaries. As expected, Dem Suzanne Bonamici and GOPer Rob Cornilles have enormous leads in their respective contests.
8:12 PM PT: In MI, GOP state Rep. Paul Scott may survive his recall. He's up 51-49 with 83% reporting.
8:15 PM PT: The situation in SD-17 is unclear - Houck is down 86 votes per the SBE, but the SBE is also showing no absentee votes from Fredericksburg City, which should help him. We'll need to wait for those...
8:18 PM PT: Big win for Dem Steven Bellone in the Suffolk County (NY) executive race. AP calls it, vote is 57-43.
8:21 PM PT: Sigh. It looks like that 86-vote margin in VA-SD-17 is the final. That includes Fredericksburg absentees, which we had previously thought were uncounted. Only hope is provisional ballots... and I wouldn't call that much hope at all. Man.
8:26 PM PT: The OR-01 primaries were called for Bonamici (D) and Cornilles (R). They face off in January.
8:34 PM PT (Kaili Joy Gray): The liveblog continues in thread #11.
