I wonder if anyone has asked the lieutenant governor how much money it cost the state to run fake candidates in the Senate recall elections? Or if she realizes that most people in the state could not afford $300 for a football signed by Bart Starr.
Granted the lieutenant governor is just as clueless as her boss, Governor Scott Walker:
Gov. Scott Walker said Wednesday he is not responsible for the attempt to recall him that was sparked by this year's drawn-out battle over collective bargaining.
He is not responsible for being recalled? What an arrogant prick.
To Lt. Gov. Kleefisch: I did the math on what this recall will cost me, an individual taxpayer. There are 5.69 million people in Wisconsin. Of those, 24 percent are minors and thus, not taxpayers. So that works out to be right around $1.74 per taxpayer if my math is right. I am okay with spending $1.74 to recall you and the governor.
Hell, I would have appreciated you and soon to be private citizen Walker actually proposing some jobs bills in the recent special session of the legislature that had a laser focus on jobs—I wonder how much that farce cost the taxpayers?
Oh and by the way, next time you make an ad don't make it look like it is from the office of the lieutenant governor: we have these pesky things called election rules. I know it is difficult for you to understand that we do play by rules in Wisconsin, but we do. Your ad is illegal; check out PvtJarHead's diary for more information on the illegalities of your ad.
RECALL WALKER - RECALL KLEEFISCH—Wisconsin cannot afford four years of them!
