I am not exaggerating one single word.  It is true that Little Pitchers have big ears.
I was reading where a 5 year old was arrested.. Yes arrested for Battery on a Police Officer.  My six year old overheard this repeat of the story.  She scrunched her face and declared in a
very determined voice.  THAT IS ILLEGAL !!!!  This is too much.  We have to go back down and Occupy.  Think about that.  A man that does not have the moral fortitude or
good sense or intelligence of a 6 year old is in charge of protecting and serving.  Say that out loud and really think about it. Do you feel safer now?  Now what is scary
is when I read the story, the comments were absolutely ridiculous.  What is driving regular people into insensitive, morally bankrupt, imbeciles.   Some are actually in authority. The story went like this.  An ADHD child of 5 with no resources for help in the 1st grade was arrested because the teacher wanted to scare the child straight.

I think everyone on here has finally come to the opinion we are not only in unchartered waters but sinking into an unknown land of mutants.  SCARING a small child STRAIGHT ?????  A child who has only been on planet earth 5 small years in a land of turmoil and confusion and with special needs and not only is he handcuffed in the classroom with plastic ties but taken to a psychiatric hospital and parents not informed for 4 hours and in that length of time had the child's feet and hands restrained.  FOUR HOURS !!!!!.   Did I mention the child is black and the officer was white?    I would so own the county and every dime the police dept. had..AFTER and ONLY After I handcuffed that police officer and carried him to a scary place either in real life or in his mind.  Probably Both.  I am sorry I am not peaceful when this kind of stuff happens to children....What did that one sorry cop and teacher do emotionally to that baby?
Who are we to let this continue?  Where in the name of sanity is Jerry Brown?
I am like my 6 year old.  This has gone too far!

Go below the jump to see other unacceptable things like this...

Here is the link and Video of news story but guess what ?  This kind of crap is happening in other parts of the country.News video

Florida Insanity

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A 5-year-old girl was arrested, cuffed and put in back of a police cruiser after an outburst at school where she threw books and boxes, kicked a teacher in the shins, smashed a candy dish, hit an assistant principal in the stomach and drew on the walls.

The students were counting jelly beans as part of a math exercise at Fairmount Park Elementary School when the little girl began acting silly. That’s when her teacher took away her jelly beans, outraging the child.

Minutes later, the 40-pound girl was in the back of a police cruiser, under arrest for battery. Her hands were bound with plastic ties, her ankles in handcuffs.

Who are these people?  What are they?  Is nothing off limits?  84 year old women.
Iraqi Vets, pregnant young women, everyday people.  I will never ever say the pledge of allegience again.  I am becoming so outraged because I can't stand stupid !!!!!!
I can't stand bullies.  I especially can't stand hurting the three types of people getting hurt....Children, seniors and veterans and not necessarily in that order.  Well maybe in that order.  I am so fed up !!!!!

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
